Educational Purpose

Participation is voluntary and self-directed.
Coaching Relationship
The Homecoming Method provides coaching services, not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical care.
Coaching is intended to support personal growth by helping you explore your own thoughts, beliefs, goals, and experiences. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being throughout the coaching relationship.
Eligibility
Our services are primarily designed for adults.
If you are under the age of 18 and are interested in coaching, a parent or legal guardian should contact us before participating so we can determine whether our services are appropriate for your situation.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is required before coaching services or digital products are provided.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
All coaching packages are non-refundable.
Coaching sessions are non-transferable.
Missed sessions may be forfeited according to your coaching agreement.
Payment plans remain due according to the agreed schedule.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided through The Homecoming Method™, including but not limited to:
Coaching frameworks
Written materials
Videos
Audio recordings
Journal prompts
Worksheets
Website content
Logos
Branding
remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Homecoming Method™.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, share, or sell any content without prior written permission.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and strive to create a safe coaching environment.
However, coaching is not protected by therapist-client privilege, and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance, particularly where disclosure is required by law.
No Guarantees
Every person's journey is unique.
While we are committed to providing thoughtful coaching and educational experiences, we cannot guarantee specific personal, emotional, relational, professional, or financial outcomes.
Your progress depends upon many factors, including your own participation and circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Homecoming Method shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, coaching services, digital products, or educational materials.
